Asia
Hilary has spent over four months in Asian countries. These photographs were taken in Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia.
They contain vastly different landscapes, and the people range from being naturally born citizens to being Indian, Malay, refugees from Burma, Chinese immigrants and descendants from hilltop tribes.
She came across people practising all types of faith including Hinduism, Islam, Christianity and the two main types of Buddhism- Theravada and Mahayana.
More of Japan can be found in the Photo Essays section.
