Focusing on a number of facets in today’s society, Hilary stirs up emotions by painting, in essence, the ‘mood and atmosphere’ surrounding her subjects. She now paints exclusively in oil and exhibits her pieces in galleries and at events.
The Art for Humanity series is the one closest to her heart because it highlights people living in developing nations. The empowerment and strength of women can be seen in every recent painting, and it is her wish to keep these positive attributes of them at the forefront of her work.
